About the project and the job. The M25 and A249 DBFO Contracts were two of the last DBFO Contracts awarded by National Highways and continue to run to 2039 and 2034 respectively. The M25 DBFO is by far the largest DBFO Contract and the annual Service Payment cost for the two contracts is in excess of £400m per annum. The project oversees the operation and maintenance of the M25 & A249 networks and given the annual expenditure and duration remaining on the project, this provides an exciting and unique opportunity to join the team. We are expanding our commercial management team to support National Highways' annual £1bn investment programme to maintain the Strategic Road Network. In addition, the M25 DBFO will interface with exciting projects such as Lower Thames Crossing and Heathrow Airport expansion over the next decade.
