Coordinator Opportunity Overview: This is a challenging Coordinator opportunity, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the workshop, mechanical, repairs, and maintenance engineers travel, service reports, spare parts, and customer interactions. This is a key support role within a global service network, where you will play a crucial part ensuring seamless operations and high levels of customer satisfaction. You will be part of a friendly, fast-growing team and given the opportunity to travel internationally. You will be working in a workshop site Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, this role is 100% office based, during your probation period. You will be expected to be on-call duty one week per month providing support outside regular working hours, covering various duties and responsibilities. This will only come into effect once training has been completed, and you will be supported by the team should you require it. Responsibilities: Travel Coordination: Organise global travel requirements including flights, hotels, tunnels, and visas. Provide support before, during and following jobs. Whilst reviewing and liaising with technical team. Communicate with customers and agents regarding engineers' attendance and updates during service work. Service Network Coordination: Oversee coordination of worldwide service jobs, ensuring smooth operations and efficient service delivery. Parts & Tools Coordination: Work closely with the parts dispatch and Workshop departments to ensure the timely dispatch of spare parts and tools for on-site jobs. Service Reports & Administration: Chasing service reports, ensuring technical approval through the in-house system, and submitting completed reports to customers. Assist in service quotations, invoice checklists, and workshop report approvals. Database & Systems Management: Maintain and update databases to ensure all service details, reports, and customer interactions are logged accurately. Engineer Support: Assist with updating engineers skill charts, handbooks, and timesheet approvals. Reviewing and feedback to engineers Service Follow-ups: Perform follow-up calls to customers regarding services and logging all information into the database. General Administration: Support the Managers and team with various administrative tasks, including preparation of service quotations, documents, and sourcing new workshops in key locations. Transferable Skills: Proven experience in a workshop / maintenance / repair / or similar manufacturing / industrial service coordination or administrative role. Marine logistics or engineering sector is preferred though not essential. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong customer focus. Basic understanding of generic IT systems (Microsoft applications). A flexible and adaptable attitude, with the ability to quickly react to a dynamic work environment. Experience in coordinating travel, liaising with engineers, and an understanding of working across multiple time zones is highly desirable. PROJECT ENGINEER SOUTHAMPTON OR SWINDON OR HYBRID We are currently recruiting for a Project Engineer to join our multi-disciplinary engineering team to deliver multiple P removal schemes across the Wessex Water region. This role will report to a Project Manager, and the candidate will be responsible for supporting the project team with the procurement, installation and handover documentation for all electrical and mechanical aspects of the project delivery. Candidates ideally will be qualified in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, and have some experience of working within the water industry would be beneficial. The successful candidate would be predominantly site based in the Wessex Water region, with a requirement to attend our Southampton Head Office or our new Swindon Office, when required. Options for hybrid working are open to discussion. You will need your own transport to get the site, as there are no public transport links available. You will be driving a company 3.5T automatic van completing 20 to 40 drops per day, using and a handheld device for stock inventory, and for signing off deliveries completed. You will be based at the distribution centre just outside of Southampton. The company remains committed to providing a first class, efficient and friendly service to repeat customers and suppliers. You must be able to communicate with customers and offer a high level of customer services. You will be set and ready to leave the distribution warehouse for 5am every day, delivering to repeat customers, ensuring that all products ordered are delivered and dropped off at pre-agreed location / drop of points. Managing any variations to the drop off routes and organising rescheduled drops when needed. This role is job and finish, so hours can vary depending on route and drop numbers. Overtime is at the discretion of management, as most routes do not require you to be out on the road for more than 8-hours per shift, or over 40-hours per week. However, any hours worked over 40 in a week will be paid at time and a quarter. All company vans are fitted with telematics to record what happens inside and outside the van, during deliveries and drop offs. Requirements: Full, clean UK driving licence is essential. Must be able to drive an automatic 3.5T van. Experience as a 3.5T multi drop driver or delivery driver is essential. Customer service skills. A flexible approach to working hours due to early starts. Ability to communicate in English is essential, due to interacting with customers. Must be well presented. Eligible to work full time permanent in the UK. Responsibilities: Ensure orders are complete on delivery and accurately record shortages / delivery issues. Using an electronic device / PDA to record delivery data. Report any issues with deliveries/queries to the office. Must ensure vehicles are maintained to the highest health and sanitation standards.
