Amazing opportunity for a seasoned Senior Sous chef to work on the South Coast of England. £45,000-50,000. Senior Sous Chef – South Coast of England (Relocation Opportunity) £45,000 - £50,000 per annum 9.5-month contract (paid over 12 months) Smyth & Co are delighted to be recruiting for a Senior Sous Chef to join an exceptional venue located on the beautiful South Coast of England. This is a unique opportunity for a highly skilled chef with a passion for seafood to lead a talented team and take charge of menu development in a thriving coastal setting. The Role: • Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum + Tips, • Contract: 9.5 months of work (February to December) with 12 months’ pay, • Leave: 2.5 months off over Christmas (occasional texts but no work required during this time), • Accommodation: First 3 months provided, assisting with your move to the Isle of Wight, • Daily Covers:, • March to June: 250 per day, • Busy periods: Expect to work 4-5 double shifts per week, with 2-3 days off., • Report directly to the Head and Executive Chef, • Oversee a team of 40-50, including 2-3 Sous Chefs and 10 Prep Chefs, • Lead seafood menu development and bring your culinary creativity to a prestigious coastal venue, • Extensive experience in seafood cuisine is a must, • Strong leadership skills to manage a large, dynamic kitchen team To apply, please contact Smyth & Co today!
