The Role • Design, build, and deploy AI-driven systems and features using state-of-the-art large language models, • Develop end-to-end ML pipelines, from data ingestion through to production deployment and monitoring, • Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex, real-world problems into scalable AI solutions, • Contribute to the design of advanced architectures, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and multi-agent systems, • Optimise system performance, reliability, and scalability in production environments, • Play a key role in technical decision-making and overall AI strategy Key Skills & Experience • 4+ years’ experience in software engineering, machine learning, or AI-focused roles, • Strong programming skills in Python, with experience building production-grade systems, • Hands-on experience with large language models and modern ML frameworks, • Experience deploying and maintaining systems in production (MLOps, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes), • Strong understanding of system design, APIs, and scalable architectures, • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure Desirable Experience • Experience working with LLMs in production environments, • Exposure to agent-based systems or advanced prompt engineering techniques, • Experience building distributed systems or high-performance APIs, • Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools, • Experience working in fast-paced, product-driven environments What’s in It for You? • Work on cutting-edge AI systems solving complex, real-world problems, • High level of ownership and autonomy within a fast-moving engineering team, • Competitive salary of £90,000–£120,000, plus bonus and equity, • Flexible hybrid working with a London-based office, • Opportunity to shape the direction of AI products from an early stage Interested in learning more?
