AdicoCare is a family run business with 12 Learning Disability residents.We are currently seeking a Support Worker to join our Lakeside and Ashbridge supported living. Both Locations is a 24-hour supported living scheme supporting adults with high mental health support needs to build the skills to move on independently. The shifts you will be working is Long days (8AM-8PM)n or short days (8Am-2PM, 2PM-8PM), you will be working on a rota bases which will be weekdays and alternative weekends. AdicoCare is looking for a caring person who shares our values and likes helping others is far more important than experience. You must have at least three months UK care experience. We follow the ethos of Positive Behaviour Support, engaging individuals in active support and focusing on community participation. You will support individuals to access meaningful activities in the community and on-site, work with families and professionals and support opportunities to promote daily independence and well-being.
