Office Administrator Through continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Office Administrator to join our expanding team in Havant. We are looking for a talented, motivated individual to support the smooth day-to-day running of our operations across administration, sales order processing, supply chain coordination and finance administration. This is a varied and fast-paced role suited to someone highly organised, proactive and comfortable working across multiple departments. You will play a key role in supporting operational efficiency and helping drive further automation within our sales order processing systems. Paleo Ridge was established in 2014 and has been on an incredible journey to become one of the UK’s leading raw pet food manufacturers, offering the highest quality raw pet food products available on the market today. Alongside this, we have become well known for our ethical stance and environmental focus, innovating at every juncture. Responsibilities will include: • Processing and managing sales orders through our Ecommerce platform, • Producing pick sheets and courier labels, • Scheduling B2B orders in line with customer lead times, • Arranging freight and delivery of orders, • Monitoring and tracking customer orders, • Supporting the supply chain and operations teams with administrative tasks as required, • Reconciling supplier, freight and customer invoices in collaboration with the finance team, • Supporting finance administration including invoice matching and related tasks, • Communicating daily with suppliers and internal departments to ensure effective information flow across the business, • Working closely with Production and Despatch departments to support operational improvements, • Assisting with the continued rollout and optimisation of automated sales order processing through the Shopify platform, • Supporting and overseeing operational processes linked to Ecommerce automation and order flow, • Planning and ordering third-party finished goods, • Supporting the implementation and ongoing development of ERP systems, • Undertaking additional administrative and operational tasks to support evolving business needs Required / preferred skills: • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively, • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, • Good level of IT competence, • Experience using Ecommerce platforms such as Shopify preferred, • Previous administration experience within operations, logistics, supply chain or office environments, • Experience supporting finance administration processes desirable, • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, • Ability to work collaboratively across departments, • Positive, proactive and adaptable approach to work, • Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment, • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to support process improvements Benefits • Free dog food, • Immediate start for the right candidate, • Competitive salary dependent on experience, • Company pension scheme, • Christmas / summer party, • Discounted gym membership Please note: We are based in Havant and Waterlooville, Hampshire, therefore applicants must be able to commute to these locations.
