Key Responsibilities • Experiment with and test the AI Bot Agent to evaluate performance, accuracy, and usability., • Review and optimise the AI workflow., • Assist in data collection, data structuring, and data cleaning for training the AI Bot Agent., • Coordinate with the internal development and product teams to provide feedback and suggest improvements., • Document testing results, system behaviour, and workflow changes., • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or enhancement opportunities in the AI bot., • Support in building prompt libraries, conversation flows, and knowledge‑base content., • Participate in user‑acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance activities., • Help prepare reports, presentations, and updates on project progress., • Conduct research on emerging AI tools, technologies, and best practices., • Perform other relevant tasks supporting the advancement of the AI project. Skills & Requirements Essential • Currently enrolled in a university degree programme (placement year) with a background in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field., • Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and automation technologies., • Good understanding of data handling and workflow analysis., • Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills., • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment., • Familiarity with data management or data cleaning., • Understanding of automation systems, or CRM processes., • Previous experience working on a technical or software-related project.
