Experience in a cleaning or domestic role is vital, as you’ll be working independently and as part of a team to ensure all areas are spotless, well maintained, and compliant with health and safety standards. Job Title: Premises Lead (Multi Site) Department: Estates, Facilities & Cleaning Location: Across two designated sites and central office base Reports to: Head of Estates & Facilities Line Management: Site Premises Managers and Weekend Operations Staff Hours: 30 hours per week, 4 days per week Contract: Full Year (52 weeks) Salary: £38,000 – £45,000 (FTE, dependent on experience and qualifications) Role Purpose The Premises Lead will take strategic and operational responsibility for the management, maintenance, and development of two sites within the organisation. This is a key leadership position ensuring both sites are safe, compliant, and conducive to outstanding learning and working environments. You will oversee site operations, premises teams, contractors, and compliance functions while driving forward improvement and sustainability initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines strategic oversight with day-to-day problem solving. Key Responsibilities 1.
