⚖️ Paralegal – Family Law Watford | £26,000 – £35,000 DOE We are seeking a Paralegal to join a well-established Watford-based firm within the Children’s Law or Domestic Abuse team. This role involves managing a varied caseload of private law matters in a fast-paced, supportive environment, working closely with solicitors on all aspects of case progression. Key responsibilities include managing files from start to finish, preparing court documents, attending client meetings, assisting with legal research, and supporting case strategy. The ideal Paralegal will have experience in Children’s Private Law (e.g. Child Arrangements, Prohibited Steps, Specific Issue Orders) and/or Domestic Abuse matters, with strong end-to-end case management skills. Experience managing your own caseload (ideally 10+ matters), including Non-Molestation and Occupation Orders, is essential. Confidence with CCMS and working independently is required.
