Program Manager- Crisis Management & Scenario Testing We are currently recruiting for a Director – Crisis Management & Scenario Testing to join one of our Insurance clients on a 6-month contract. Inside IR35 Hybrid- London based Responsibilities • Lead the global crisis management strategy, governance, escalation processes and response framework, • Design and deliver the global scenario testing programme (tabletops, drills, supplier exercises), • Facilitate real‑time response to major disruption events, chairing crisis calls and coordinating cross‑functional teams, • Oversee client and regulatory communications during incidents, • Maintain crisis playbooks, decision logs, and audit‑ready documentation, • Partner with Technology, Risk, Operations and senior leaders to strengthen organisational readiness, • Deliver training, awareness and ongoing improvements to crisis response capability, • 10+ years leading enterprise-wide crisis management in a global organisation, • Proven experience managing major incidents across multiple regions and time zones, • Strong understanding of operational resilience regulations (FCA, DORA, NIST, etc.), • Experience designing and running crisis scenarios and testing programmes, • Excellent communication skills, able to brief executives, boards and regulators, • Financial services background required; insurance experience preferred, • Certifications such as CBCP, MBCI or DRI are an advantage
