German Speaking Sales Executive Certain Advantage is hiring for a German Speaking Sales Executive, for a fantastic client based in Manchester city centre. The role is on an ongoing temp basis and requires candidates who can commit to long term work. Great rate of pay and a fantastic central location. The Role: We’re working with a business that’s a leading e-commerce business in Manchester city centre. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive German speaking Sales Executive to join their busy existing sales team. Key Responsibilities: • Building relationships with new and existing German partners, • Outbound calls to existing clients to update their Google information, • Uploading documents onto company in-house system, • Working to daily calls targets and conversions each day, • Occasionally supporting the English-speaking team when needed. £13.00 an hour (£27,000). Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.30pm (40 hours a week) Start date January 2026 The individual We’re looking for people who are: • Fluent in German(native or business-level)., • Confident and enjoy speaking to and helping people, • Motivated to get results and solve problems, • Highly enthusiastic, • Excellent telephone manner, communication and listening skills., • Previous customer service experience would be an advantage but not essential. Full training and support given, • Confident, proactive, and target-driven attitude., • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team., • Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Responsibilities: • Passenger Support & Interaction: Serve as the frontline point of contact for passengers within the vehicle; providing calm, professional guidance during navigation events, addressing technical inquiries, and ensuring a world-class customer experience throughout the journey., • Navigational Assistance: Guide AVs through challenging situations, such as blocked streets, narrow lanes, and private driveways, ensuring efficient and safe navigation., • Decision Making: Collaborate with AVs to optimise driving paths, considering factors like lane closures and traffic conditions., • Safety Oversight: Monitor AV behaviour and intervene to prioritise safety and avoid potential hazards., • Human-Machine Interaction: Maintain effective communication with AVs to ensure seamless cooperation and timely responses., • Problem Solving: Adapt to dynamic road conditions and rapidly address unexpected challenges., • Continuous Learning: Contribute to the improvement of AV technology by analysing past performance and identifying opportunities for optimization., • Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant safety regulations and certifications.
