I'm looking for a head pizza chef to join us in our Putney branch. We're a small team of local creatives, we have a lot of fun and make (and eat) a lot of pizza. The job will require preparation of dough and ingredients in the daytime, ordering, rota scheduling and compliance, and the evenings service, with benefits including a share of the tronc and a reasonable working schedule, no early mornings or late nights. Pizza making experience is a requirement for the position, as well as the ability to work well in a small team.
