Job Purpose As a rating analyst, you will carry out credit analysis and assign ratings on a portfolio of (re)insurers under the guidance and support of an analytical team leader. The London analytical team works closely with AM Best’s offices in the US, Europe and Asia and comprises of a team of approximately 20 analytical staff, within which there is a broad array of expertise. This globally renowned design practice of over 200 people urgently needs additional support from Contract and FTC Part II Architectural Assistants, Architects and Technologists / Technicians to work on large scale complex Middle Eastern projects, RIBA stages 2-4, for at least 6 months with likely extensions. Exhibitions, Loans & Installations • Coordinate artwork logistics for commercial domestic and international exhibitions., • Sometimes prepare and manage loan agreements., • Supervise installation and deinstallation processes with technicians. Institutional & Client Liaison • Act as the logistics point of contact for museums, cultural institutions, and collectors., • Support with documentation needed for sales, loans, and exhibition planning., • Work collaboratively across the gallery while maintaining primary ownership of all registrar duties. The Candidate should have: Required • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a registrar, logistics, or compliance role within a gallery, museum, auction house, or antiquities environment., • Strong knowledge of UK/international customs, temporary admission, export licensing., • Demonstrable experience coordinating international art shipments and high-value logistics., • Exceptional organisational skills with outstanding attention to detail., • Comfortable working independently, taking full ownership of the registrar function., • Strong communication skills and confidence liaising with collectors, institutions, and logistics partners., • Ability to supervise installations and collaborate with directors and technicians. All GPs have remote access, and a buddy system is in place to support doctors when they are on leave. The practice’s current GPs have a range special interests including skin work, with some GPs performing skin grafts and all skin cancer work, vasectomy procedures, palliative care as well as covering local nursing homes. The clinic features eleven consultation rooms, three theatres and a nursing bay and treatment room which is almost like a small hospital ward. The practice also has a large conference where CPD events take place regularly. Opening hours are 7:30am to 7pm Monday to Thursday with a 6pm close on Friday, and 8am to 3pm on weekends. The practice is open 363 days per year with weekend work available if you are interested – it’s completely your choice.
