A specialist Google Ads agency helping charities, nonprofits, and eCommerce brands achieve outstanding results through paid search are seeking an experienced specialist to oversee a small team and become an integral part of the running of the business, its mission, vision and long term future About the Role As the Senior PPC Specialist, youll lead the technical side of their operations managing and optimising Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns for over 30 clients across the UK. Youll also oversee the customer delivery / account management and customer success operation also. Youll also contribute to the agencys own marketing strategy helping shape campaigns, content, and digital activity that showcase what they do best. This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone who combines deep technical PPC knowledge with strategic thinking and team leadership skills. What Youll Do Plan, build, and optimise PPC campaigns across Google & Microsoft Ads. Lead and support the operations team, setting goals and tracking KPIs. Review performance, ROI, and profitability across all client accounts. Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth. Collaborate on the agencys own marketing and business development. The Candidate 4+ years experience managing PPC campaigns (agency experience ideal). Proven success delivering measurable results across multiple sectors. Google Ads certification and strong technical expertise. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
