Senior Paid Media Manager Leeds - hybrid working model (3 days in the office 2 from home) 60k Better Placed are delighted to be partnering with a leading, fast-growing retailer on their search for a talented Senior Paid Media Manager. As the business enters an exciting new phase of ambitious growth, this brand-new role offers the chance to take full ownership of their paid media strategy and make a tangible impact on performance and brand visibility. This is a hands-on, data-driven, and highly autonomous role where you’ll shape and execute paid campaigns across multiple channels, working both in-house and with agency partners. Reporting directly to the Head of eCommerce, you’ll play a key part in driving brand growth and customer acquisition through smart, insight-led performance marketing. What You’ll Be Doing : • Own and manage all day-to-day PPC activity across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads - from strategy and optimisation to analysis and reporting., • Stay ahead of the curve by identifying emerging trends and platform innovations, using them to drive performance improvements., • Lead and manage the relationship with their Paid Social agency, ensuring delivery of effective, high-performing campaigns., • Work closely with the wider eCommerce team to create integrated, customer-first campaigns that drive traffic, conversion, and revenue., • Analyse and interpret data to produce clear, actionable insights that inform wider marketing and business strategy., • Contribute to the development of their affiliate programme and other paid media initiatives. What They’re Looking For : • 5+ years’ experience in Paid Media, ideally within an agency or fast-paced in-house environment., • Proven experience managing significant media budgets and delivering measurable ROI., • Deep understanding of PPC, Paid Social, and Display channels., • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to turn data into decisions., • A collaborative team player who’s commercially minded, proactive, and always looking for ways to test, learn, and grow., • Experience within eCommerce or retail is a strong advantage.
