Contracts Supervisor – Facilities Management Role Overview The Contracts Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day delivery of FM contracts, ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with contractual obligations and KPIs. This role acts as the key link between clients, suppliers, engineers, and internal teams, ensuring high service quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across allocated sites. Key Responsibilities Contract Delivery & Performance • Supervise the operational delivery of FM services across assigned contracts, ensuring compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)., • Monitor planned maintenance (PPM) and reactive works to ensure timely completion and high-quality standards., • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations., • Oversee engineers, subcontractors, and service teams, ensuring effective scheduling, performance, and resource allocation., • Ensure all activities are delivered in accordance with company policies, statutory regulations, and industry best practices., • Assist with risk assessments, method statements (RAMS), and H&S documentation., • Assist in monitoring contract budgets, costs, and resource usage., • Review subcontractor quotations and support procurement processes where needed., • Maintain accurate records of all works, inspections, and communications., • Produce regular operational performance reports for internal and client stakeholders., • Ensure CAFM systems (e.g., Concept, CAFM Explorer, Planon, Maximo) are kept updated at all times. Skills & Qualifications Essential • Experience in facilities management, building services, or contract supervision., • Strong understanding of PPM, reactive maintenance, and FM operational processes., • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills., • Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities., • Working knowledge of CAFM systems., • Technical background in mechanical, electrical, or building maintenance., • Experience managing subcontractors or service delivery teams., • Full driving licence (if role requires travel).
