Maintaining site standards, health and safety compliance, and overall project organisation will be central to your responsibilities. You will also act as the primary liaison between clients and senior management, providing clear communication and professional reporting throughout the project lifecycle. This includes producing regular progress reports, compiling photographic evidence, managing client updates, and escalating key matters where required. The role demands strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills, along with a commitment to delivering high-end refurbishments to the highest possible finish. Training will be provided and for any aspect of the job in which the candidate has limited experience. While this is an entry-level position, there is plenty of room for learning and growth.
