Residential Property Solicitor – South London Offices Top 60 National Law Firm | Full-Time | We are a leading national law firm ranked in the Top 60, known for our commitment to excellence, innovation, and client service. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a confident and experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join our well-established Conveyancing team in two of our South London offices. The Role This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and capable solicitor to manage a full residential conveyancing caseload, working with a broad client base across a range of property matters. You will be part of a supportive, collaborative team within a highly respected property department. Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): • Advising clients on sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfer of equity transactions, • Conducting ID and AML checks, risk assessments, and reviewing source of funds/gifted deposits, • Drafting and issuing contracts, • Managing mortgage redemptions and exchanges of contracts, • Ordering, checking, and reporting on property searches, • Reviewing and reporting on legal titles, leases, mortgages, and management packs, • Raising and responding to property enquiries, • Building and maintaining relationships with clients, agents, brokers, and referrers Requirements We are looking for someone who brings professionalism, enthusiasm, and a strong sense of client care to their work. You must: • Be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive, • Have proven experience in residential conveyancing with the ability to handle your own caseload from instruction to completion, • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Be highly organised, with the ability to manage time effectively under pressure, • Be able to work independently as well as part of a wider team, • Show a positive, can-do attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality legal services If you are interested in this position, and you meet the requirements of the role, please click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV.
