How You'll Make an Impact • Support\ncustomers in transitioning to a more sustainable world by contributing to\nsolutions that address real global challenges and create meaningful impact., • Collaborate\nclosely with project teams across different implementation phases of HVDC\nsolution projects, gaining detailed insights into all aspects of project\nmanagement., • Help project teams achieve their goals related\nto timely delivery, high quality, and strong customer satisfaction. What You Bring • A\nuniversity degree or equivalent experience in electrical engineering sciences\nor related fields., • management\nexperience, with strong skills in customer interaction and relationship\nmanagement., • Early\npractical work experience, ideally within the instrumentation and control\nfield., • Strong\nleadership abilities to guide intercultural teams across various locations,\nalong with effective presentation skills and a willingness to embrace new\nchallenges, countries, and cultures., • A\npassion for project work, paired with the ability to build positive\nrelationships and earn trust., • Fluency in spoken and written English, with the\nflexibility and mobility required to work in a multicultural environment\nthroughout the program. What You Can Expect Over the 12‑month\nrotational program, participants gain hands‑on\nexperience, become fully integrated into day‑to‑day team activities, and\ndevelop a deep understanding of Siemens Energy Grid Technology. The program\nenables rapid knowledge building, solution exploration, and direct exposure to\nthe business. From the first day, participants take on individually\ntailored assignments, including the possibility of an international rotation.\nEach participant is paired with a dedicated mentor who provides guidance\nthroughout immersive experiences, including opportunities to shadow various\nroles. This support structure is designed to help participants achieve their\ncareer goals while building strong connections with peers and business leaders,\nsupported by extensive resources for professional growth. As a Project Manager in HVDC, participants contribute\ndirectly to Siemens Energy’s decarbonization mission by helping ensure projects\nare delivered on time and within budget. They become part of the broader\nProject Management team, supporting the implementation of complex international\nHVDC solution projects. Their work spans all stages—from customer inquiries and\nplanning, to design engineering, supply chain activities, testing in the lab,\nand final handover of EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction)\nprojects. Application Process • Conducted via video call, this initial interview assesses\nyour background, skills, and motivations, and provides information about the\nrole and company., • Assessment Center (Planned End of March 2026 at the Siemens Energy Manchester):\nCandidates who pass the recruiter interview will participate in group\nexercises, case studies, and presentations to evaluate skills, competencies,\nand teamwork., • Successful candidates from the assessment center will have\nan in-depth interview with a panel, focusing on experience, technical skills,\nand cultural fit., • The\nhiring team reviews all gathered information and makes a final decision.\nSuccessful candidates will receive an offer.
