Position Overview Tencent Finance is seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our Finance IT Management Department. This role serves as a strategic partner between Finance and Technology, responsible for the design, configuration, optimization, and support of enterprise financial and planning systems within a modern cloud environment. The Senior Business Systems Analyst leads requirements discovery, translates business objectives into scalable system solutions, and drives continuous improvement across finance processes, integrations, data models, and reporting. The role ensures system stability, compliance, and long-term scalability while supporting enhancements, testing, and production operations in a fast-paced, global environment. Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Programme Manager to lead a large-scale Electronic Patient Record (EPR) transformation programme within a leading private healthcare organisation. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of a complex digital transformation initiative, ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of an enterprise-wide EPR platform. The successful candidate will work closely with executive stakeholders, clinical leaders, operational teams, and technology partners to deliver meaningful improvements in patient care, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision making. While experience with Epic is highly desirable, we welcome applications from candidates who have successfully delivered programmes involving other major EPR platforms such as Cerner/Oracle Health, MEDITECH, Allscripts, Nervecentre, Lorenzo, EMIS, RiO, or similar healthcare information systems.
