Job Overview / Responsibilities: • Caring at Home Your Way; provides home care services to people across Portsmouth and surrounding areas. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic care assistant to join our friendly team to deliver quality care to a high standard to individuals in their own home. • Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation., • Support clients in maintaining their independence while providing companionship and emotional support., • Medication support, • Cook, clean, and provide home-style laundry services as required., • Access the local community; coffee, shopping,appointments. Experience: • No experience needed, full training is provided and paid for, • Chance to earn fully funded NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualifications in Health and Social Care Pay / Contracts / Available: • £12.21 during initial shadowing, up to £14.00 afterward, time shadowing depends on experience, • £100 a month expense fuel, • Full time, Part time, • Flexible working hours, happy to hear carers requirements, • Pension Scheme, • Holiday pay, • Sleep in shifts available at £50 a night, can attach to a previous early or evening shift, • 1 hour minimum visits in the morning guaranteed, 45 mins afterward Requirements: • Access to a car due to travelling in the community, • 12 week probation, • Alternate weekends, • Full UK driving licence., • Female only, • No more than a 25 minute drive from Portsmouth, • Flexible Portsmouth and surrounding areas #J-18808-Ljbffr
