Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum + generous tips Location: Family-run pub with an AA Rosette restaurant Start Date: End of July / Beginning of August The Role We are looking for a talented and ambitious Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about cooking, driven by high standards, and ready to take the next step in their career. Working closely with the Head Chef, you will help lead the kitchen on a daily basis, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency throughout every service. You will also be confident stepping up to lead the kitchen whenever the Head Chef is away, maintaining the same high standards our guests have come to expect.
