Data Analyst - Procurement We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Data Analyst to provide data standardisation for a new data management solution. This role bridges business and technical teams, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and usability across systems and processes. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES System Deployment Support • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define data requirements for Procurement applications across a complex system landscape, • Assist in data migration activities: mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation, • Analyse legacy data sources and support the data transformation into compatible formats, • Participate in testing cycles (e.g., UAT) to validate data accuracy and system behaviour, • Define and implement data standards, policies and procedures Master Data Development • Contribute to the design and implementation of a centralised master data strategy, • Define and document data standards, taxonomies, and governance rules, • Monitor data quality metrics and support remediation efforts Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand data needs and pain points, • Translate business requirements into data models and feed into the reporting workstream for supporting the development of reports and dashboards, • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making KEY EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, • Working with IT, Business teams and 3rd party vendors, • In depth understanding of SAP and Microsoft Dynamics or other similar solutions, • Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data profiling and cleansing tools, • Understanding of master data concepts and data governance frameworks, • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data visualisation tools, • Excellent communication and documentation skills
