Role Responsibilities: What to Expect as a Nursery\nPractitioner: • Create a\nSafe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms\nto encourage children's growth and\nlearning., • Lead Educational Activities: Plan and\ndeliver activities that support children's physical, emotional,\nintellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early Years\nFoundation Stage (EYFS)., • Key Person Role:\nOversee children’s development, care needs, and build strong family\nconnections. Required Qualifications:\n What We’re Looking For \n • Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early\nYears Education., • Proven experience in working\nwith children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood\neducation, • Skills: Good communication capable\nor, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to apply\nknowledge of child development to plan and deliver\nactivities.
