We’re excited to recruit a "Catalogue/Creative Artworker" to support Westland Horticulture’s creative and marketing teams. You’ll play a key role in delivering visually engaging, brand-consistent artwork across catalogues, printed marketing materials, and digital platforms. This fast-paced role requires collaboration with designers, buyers, product managers, and marketers to ensure all outputs are accurate, visually engaging, and brand-consistent. You will help bring the Westland brand to life across multiple channels, maintaining creativity, technical excellence, and brand integrity at every touchpoint. Key Responsibilities • Prepare artwork layouts for seasonal and annual garden catalogues., • Collaborate with internal teams to create accurate, on-brand catalogue pages., • Manage large volumes of product imagery, ensuring correct retouching, cropping, formatting, and alignment with product specifications., • Build and maintain master templates and page grids for design consistency., • Ensure all catalogue artwork meets print specifications (colour profiles, margins, bleed, resolution)., • Liaise with printers and deliver production-ready artwork under tight deadlines. Skills & Experience • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign (essential), Photoshop, Illustrator., • Strong capability in preparing artwork for both print and digital platforms., • Understanding of print production, CMYK/RGB colour management, bleed, trim, and pre-press standards., • Experience managing large volumes of product imagery and structured content., • Confident using templates, grids, master pages, and style sheets in a structured workflow. Experience • 2–5 years in a Graphic Designer, Catalogue Designer, or Magazine Designer role., • Experience producing catalogues or multi-page publications preferred., • Experience in retail or product-led environments, ideally in gardening, lifestyle, or FMCG sectors., • Comfortable meeting tight deadlines during seasonal peaks. Location requirement: This position is based full-time at our Alconbury Hill office (5 days per week). Due to the collaborative nature of the role, remote working is not offered, and we’re not considering freelance applications.
