In this role, you'll be: Working in an authentic artisan bakery and getting involved in every stage of the bake- mixing, shaping, lamination, fresh prep, and baking. Using time honoured methods, real ingredients and skilled handwork to create products to be proud of. The range includes classics like Sourdough, French Baguette and Focaccias, to innovations like The VINE'S Milk Bun and Kouign Amann. Given the freedom to suggest and develop new flavours and ideas. What were looking for in you: The ability to work in a team and independently. High standards. The understanding that we never compromise on consistency or quality, and take great pride in what we do. Flexibility. A shift could see you shaping, mixing, baking, finishing, packing, prepping etc. A 10th gear.
