Main responsibilities will include: • Support in the management of the department critical path with the cross functional counterparts to ensure timely delivery of the product, • Managing shipment approvals (checking ex-factory dates are on time, volume discrepancies, gold seal inspections completed, packing lists entered), • Daily communication with suppliers, factories, agents/ mills as well as liaison with internal departments, • Flagging any risks or opportunities to Merchandiser/Senior Merchandiser.
