A well-established UK high-street fashion brand is looking for a PR Manager (Maternity Cover) to lead its press strategy and media presence during an exciting period of growth. The brand has a strong presence across UK retail, a rapidly growing ecommerce platform, and established partnerships with major online retailers. This role will play a key part in maintaining brand momentum through strategic PR campaigns, product launches and ongoing press engagement. The Role As PR Manager, you will own and execute the brand’s PR strategy, ensuring consistent, high-impact media coverage across print and digital platforms. You’ll manage the press office, lead seasonal product launch campaigns and build strong relationships with fashion journalists and stylists, helping to elevate brand visibility across the UK and internationally. Key Responsibilities • Lead and deliver the brand’s PR strategy aligned with business objectives and product launch calendars, • Drive consistent monthly coverage across national, regional and trade media, • Build and maintain strong relationships with fashion journalists, editors and stylists, • Execute PR campaigns and product launches across print and digital media, • Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness through strategic PR initiatives, • Support international market growth with PR toolkits and global media outreach, • Manage the flow of press samples and oversee the PR sample budget, • Oversee production of press imagery and product cut-out photography, • Plan and execute press events, launches and media experiences, • Track coverage performance, PR value and monthly KPIs, • Deliver competitor analysis and reporting to internal stakeholders What We’re Looking For • 5+ years’ experience in fashion PR (in-house or agency), • Background in lingerie, swimwear, nightwear or fashion retail is advantageous, • Strong network of fashion journalists, editors and stylists, • Exceptional written skills with the ability to adapt tone across campaigns, • Experience creating SEO-optimised editorial and blog content, • Strong event planning and press event management experience, • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, • Confident communicator with strong presentation and relationship-building skills, • Strategic thinker with understanding of the UK retail landscape and global digital media, • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, • International PR exposure is beneficial Why Join? • Opportunity to lead PR for a well-known UK fashion brand, • High visibility role working closely with senior marketing leadership, • Creative and collaborative office culture, • Opportunity to work across product launches, events and brand campaigns, • Competitive salary and benefits package, • Employee discount across collections
