Skills, experience, and qualification required for the role. · Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role. · Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic financial management. · Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. · Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
