The Role: - You will take ownership of our coffee offering at L8, from processes behind the bar, to recipes, to choosing guest filter coffees. - We currently serve a simple espresso menu alongside a rotating batch brew (recent guest features include Cloud Picker, Obadiah and April). - Our espresso is a seasonal exclusive coffee roasted by Red Bank Coffee in the Lake District. - 37.5hrs per week - Weekends & Weekdays (we require availability most weekends). - Starting annual salary of £32k - We use a custom LM KB90 ABR and Mahlkonig E80 so experience with these is preferable but not essential! - We are open 7 days a week and our opening hours are 7am-3pm Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm Sat & Sun.
