We are expanding our global team and looking for a Junior Business Development Manager to bring their wider knowledge and help us get our product and service more widely known and used. Location: Hybrid Salary Range: £30.000 - £35.000 per year + commission Key Responsibilities • Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels., • Conduct discovery calls and demos tailored to the needs of each prospect., • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by nurturing leads and converting them into clients., • Accurately document all client interactions, progress, and sales activities in the CRM to ensure transparency and effective follow-ups., • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies., • Provide clients with feedback and improvement ideas to other internal stakeholders., • Engage in business events to assess market trends, generate opportunities, and contribute to strengthening the company’s brand presence., • Take ownership of your sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, prioritization of high-potential leads, and alignment with quarterly goals., • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Product, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance) to ensure client needs are met and feedback is effectively implemented., • Prepare tailored proposals, pricing strategies, and solution recommendations in collaboration with internal teams.
