Alongside providing direct support, you will help lead the team, maintain high standards and ensure the service runs smoothly. This is a busy, high-energy role where no two days are the same. You will help people stay safe, build independence and work towards everyday goals that make a real difference. Working pattern This service operates 24/7. You will work any 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, including weekdays and weekends. About Dignus Group Dignus Group is a family-owned organisation founded in 2006.
