Visit our website to find out more about who we are: ___ About the Service St Edwards Close is a residential service separated into two homes in New Addington, London, a quiet residential area. About the Role Working across a cluster of services, you’ll coach and guide frontline leaders to ensure services are efficient & person-centred, delivering compliance and quality standards through best practise. You’ll be the key driver of transformational change – supporting continuous improvement and fostering a culture of high-quality practice. What You’ll Do • Lead the day-to-day running of a cluster of services, ensuring they are safe, person-centred and compliant., • Promote a supportive and inclusive workplace culture that prioritises staff wellbeing, engagement, and professional development., • Ensure financial sustainability through effective resource planning & cost control. Previous experience managing services for autistic adults, people with learning disabilities, or individuals with complex needs. * Collaborative and reflective approach to leadership and continuous improvement. * In-depth knowledge of relevant regulatory standards, safeguarding, person-centred planning, and autism-specific frameworks (e.g. SPELL, PBS, TEACCH).
