About the Role You’ll join Sales Made Easy as the Sales Manager for a portfolio of SME clients — each with a small sales team of 2–5 people. Your mission is simple: Implement our proven Sales Playbook, coach their teams, run the numbers, to increase their sales performance. You are NOT a sales trainer — training is handled centrally by the senior team. You are NOT a business advisor — you manage the sales function, not the owner. You are NOT building processes from scratch — you’re applying our playbook married with your knowledge, experience and personality. You ARE managing multiple teams at pace — up to 10 clients’ sales teams at once. This is exclusively a remote role delivered via Teams. You must be comfortable getting into the action early: most Sales Managers are managing five clients by the end of their first month. To achieve this, you will: • Manage sales teams from up to 10 different clients, delivering coaching and accountability sessions via Teams, • Run at least two structured coaching sessions per week per client, plus daily huddles where needed, • Implement and adapt the Sales Made Easy Playbook into each business, • Jump between industries confidently, adapting your approach to different personalities, • Hold salespeople accountable for activity, behaviour, and conversion improvement, • Use Google Sheets, Read AI, and our KPI dashboards to manage performance, • Produce structured weekly reports showing progress, numbers, and next steps, • Build strong relationships with your salespeople, • Retain clients long term — increasing both their revenue and your commission Essential Criteria • Proven experience in sales management, • Experience working with SMEs and business owners, • A demonstrated track record of improving sales performance, • Confidence coaching individuals and teams, • Strong commercial thinking and numbers management, • The drive and energy to manage a busy client portfolio remotely Reward and Progression We are offering a starting salary of £50,000 – £55,000, depending on your ability and experience. Commission is paid at 7% of the monthly revenue generated by the clients you manage. Each client pays Sales Made Easy a monthly fee, usually £3k per month. You will likely manage a portfolio of 10 clients, and your commission is likely to be £2,100 per month and £25,200 per year. You’ll report directly to Elise Sherrin-Read, Head of Client Relationships, gaining close support while enjoying autonomy over your client portfolio. We use modern tools (Read AI, Teams, Google Workspaces) to help you deliver high-quality work efficiently. Your Team As a Sales Manager, you’ll work independently with your clients while collaborating closely with Elise and the rest of the Sales Made Easy leadership team. You’ll implement our Playbook, run your accounts, and drive sales performance across your portfolio.
