About Us Dubit builds high-engagement games, brand activations and educational products for global names including Maybelline, L’Oréal, NASCAR, Hooked On Phonics, and many others. We are a Roblox Partner and also create experiences across apps and other gaming platforms. Our team blends creativity, engineering, design and innovation to deliver polished digital experiences at scale. We are a small, senior studio that is rebuilding how we deliver around AI. We are looking for a Delivery Manager to run multiple client projects at once and help shape what that looks like in practice. The Role We are moving to an AI-first way of working: AI does more of the building, and our people focus on judgement, quality, client relationships and taste. We are looking for a Delivery Manager who is confident with AI and excited to help define what good delivery looks like. You will own the delivery of our games, apps and experiences from discovery through to launch, across multiple projects at once, both new builds (greenfield) and evolving existing products (brownfield). This is not an entry-level role. You will own the budget, the schedule, the quality and the client outcome, make good calls under pressure, and keep them all moving without letting the detail slip. As AI accelerates how fast things get built, we believe the most valuable Delivery Managers are those who can set a clear goal, direct AI agents and a small senior team, spot when something is not right, and help achieve client outcomes. What We’re Looking For We are looking for a Delivery Manager who already works with AI as part of how they deliver. The requirements below set the formal bar; these points describe the mindset and approach we’re really looking for. You probably • Have clear views on which AI tools and workflows are worth it, and which are not., • Fix the brief or the context when AI output falls short, rather than patching the result by hand., • Judge progress by working product shipped., • Care about the outcome and the client’s experience, not just tasks moving across a board., • Are energised, not put off, by joining early and helping shape how we work. Key Responsibilities • Own delivery end to end across multiple projects at once: the budget, schedule, quality and client outcome, from discovery to launch., • Run both new builds (greenfield) and evolving existing products (brownfield), adapting your approach to each., • Direct AI agents and a small, senior team: brief and review their work to a high bar, and when it falls short, improve the brief, the spec or the context rather than patching the output., • Agree each client’s goal as a measurable target up front, working closely with the product and creative vision holder., • Keep every project easy to follow: status, decisions and risks kept current in the project’s repository, with a short weekly health check that flags any commercial, delivery, technical, creative or team issue early., • Own the commercials on your projects: scopes of work per phase, budget tracking (actual versus planned), and clear reporting to clients, the team and the Studio Head., • Contribute to growing the accounts you run, spotting opportunities and developing them with the wider team., • Plan ahead: shape delivery roadmaps, factor in user testing and any marketing materials, and run release management including release notes., • Look after the team: keep an eye on workload and wellbeing across your projects, and escalate early., • Help shape our AI-first way of working: as we build this out, your experience feeds directly into how we do delivery. Required Skills and Experience • A proven track record as a Producer, Delivery Manager or Project Manager delivering digital products, games, apps or experiences on time and on budget., • Experience running multiple projects at once, including both new builds and existing products., • Strong commercial sense: budgets, scopes of work, and an eye for account growth., • Comfortable working in a repository-based, version-controlled way (Git or similar) - this is where we’re heading, and where most delivery now runs., • Adaptable across tooling: some live accounts still run on Jira and the Atlassian suite during this transition, so you’ll manage delivery there as well as in the newer repository-based way of working., • Excellent communication, organisation and judgement, and a calm head under tight deadlines., • A good understanding of the product or game development lifecycle and agile ways of working. Preferred (not required) • AI fluency: comfortable using AI daily in your work, including directing or reviewing AI-produced output, and experience delivering AI-first projects end to end., • Evidence of rethinking how you deliver around AI - for example building or configuring AI workflows, skills or automations, and the appetite to push that further., • Experience in games, EdTech or children’s digital products., • Knowledge of gaming industry standards., • Experience with branded, commercial or client-facing projects., • Experience shipping and running live products. Who This Role Suits This role suits an experienced Delivery Manager who is excited by where delivery is heading and wants a hand in shaping it. You use AI intelligently, adapt to new tools and stages, and still care deeply about quality, the client and the outcome. You take ownership, make smart calls, communicate clearly, and keep momentum in a fast-moving, client-facing environment. Location and Working Hours Location: Fully remote. Applicants must reside in the United Kingdom. Hours: Full-time. Core hours 9:00am to 5:30pm UK time.
