As our business grows, so does our legal team. We’re looking for a Legal Counsel with 2–5 years’ experience in real estate and commercial contracts—bonus points if you’ve worked in hospitality. What You’ll Do Real Estate: • Negotiate leases, acquisitions, disposals, and asset management matters., • Support development projects—planning, title restrictions, insurance compliance., • Draft and review agreements with suppliers, consultants, and partners., • Resolve contractual issues and mitigate business risks., • Coordinate board meetings and prepare board packs., • Manage filings, registrations, and compliance for UK and overseas entities., • Maintain accurate statutory records and support transactional processes. Experience & Skills: • UK-qualified lawyer with 2–5 years PQE, gained in-house or in private practice., • Solid foundation in real estate and commercial contracts, with interest or experience in corporate governance desirable., • Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet tight deadlines., • Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to documentation and record-keeping., • Clear and confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams., • Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to support a broad range of in-house legal matters., • Sound problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to legal and business challenges.
