The ideal candidate will have strong experience cooking steaks, burgers, grilled meats, and other grill-based dishes while maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and consistency. Responsibilities: • Prepare and cook food according to company recipes and standards., • Operate and manage the grill section during service., • Ensure all food is cooked and presented to the highest standard., • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workstation., • Follow food safety and hygiene regulations., • Assist with stock control and minimise waste., • Work effectively as part of a busy kitchen team. Requirements: • Previous experience as a Grill Chef or Chef de Partie., • Strong knowledge of meat cooking temperatures and grilling techniques., • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment., • Good communication and teamwork skills., • Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude., • Food Hygiene Certificate (preferred). Key Responsibilities: • Carry out vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance to a high standard., • Assist with and conduct vehicle inspections in accordance with DVSA guidelines., • Diagnose basic faults and contribute to more complex diagnostic tasks., • Repair or replace defective vehicle components effectively., • Perform routine servicing, including brakes, tyres, and oil changes., • Accurately complete vehicle inspection checklists and all job documentation., • Maintain all tools and workshop equipment in excellent working order., • Ensure a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment., • Collaborate with senior technicians to continuously enhance your skills.
