We are currently recruiting for a EHV OHL Project Manager to join our UK Transmission and Distribution (T&D) team. What will you do: • Develop EHV (33kV up to and including 132kV) projects initial functional requirement into compliant cost-effective engineering solutions., • Project manage the development and delivery of EHV OHL projects (33kV up to and including 132kV) to time, cost, safety and quality., • Interface with customers as well as internal and external resources to develop and deliver EHV OHL projects., • Undertake the role of CDM Designer and/or Principal Designer for developed EHV OHL projects., • Effectively communicate with internal engineering and industrial resource., • Coordinate external service providers and administer commercial., • Minimum HNC in Electrical Engineering., • Experience managing medium-large scale EHV OHL projects (33kV up to and including 132kV) throughout the full project lifecycle from initiation, specification and design, tendering, construction, energisation through to project closure., • A good understanding of electrical distribution plant items such as Switchgear, Protection, Power Transformers and Underground power cables., • Knowledge of applicable engineering standards., • Excellent understanding of the H&S and CDM requirements., • An ability to undertake the role of ‘Designer' and ‘Principal Designer' under the CDM regulations.
