We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and organised individual to join us as our L&D Systems and Projects Coordinator. You'll be the go-to person for planning, coordinating, and supporting our training activities. From managing our online Learning Experience Platform (LXP) to ensuring smooth sailing for all our learning activities. You'll report to the Talent & Development Manager whilst also supporting the wider L&D team. This role forms part of our wider People & Culture team and is based in our Head Office in Edinburgh with hybrid working and occasional UK travel to support onsite initiatives. Role Overview: The main responsibilities of the L&D Systems & Projects Coordinator are: • Plays a key role in supporting the operational effectiveness of the Learning & Development function, ensuring smooth delivery of learning systems, processes, and initiatives., • Manages and maintains the Learning Experience Platform (LXP), acting as the first point of contact for system support and continuous improvement., • Coordinates and supports the delivery of training programmes, including apprenticeships and other initiatives aligned to the annual learning plan., • Tracks and reports on learning activity, including participation, compliance, and effectiveness, providing insights to key stakeholders., • Maintains accurate records, audit trails, and data within L&D systems to support compliance and workforce planning.
