Multi‑Site Area Manager – (South East) Salary: up to £40,000 + £12,000 annual bonus + £5,000 car allowance Growing national brand | Premium retail environment An exciting opportunity for an experienced Multi‑Site Manager to take ownership of a newly created Area with real scope to shape how it evolves. About the Role This is a field‑based role covering 6 showsites across Berkshire, Surrey, Kent & East Sussex, leading a team of 16 Sales Consultants. You’ll ensure exceptional standards of presentation, customer experience, and commercial performance across all locations. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in retail sales management or multi‑site leadership, ideally within a luxury product or high‑involvement B2C setting. Key Responsibilities of the Area Sales Manager role: Lead, mentor, and motivate Sales Consultants to build an outstanding, high‑performing team Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring our values of quality, service, and expertise are consistently delivered Maintain exceptional standards of display, merchandising, and customer experience across all show sites Use commercial reports to analyse performance, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement Deliver inspiring, informative training sessions to support product knowledge and sales excellence Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the wider business to support shared goals Skills & Experience We’re Looking For: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop teams Excellent organisational ability, with confidence in planning, prioritising, and delegating A natural communicator perceptive, considerate, and able to build strong relationships Enthusiastic and eager to become an expert in our full product range Analytical mindset with confidence interpreting numerical data and performance reports Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously Good working knowledge of MS Office Rewards & Benefits being offered for this multi-site role: Salary up to £40,000 Annual performance bonus up to £12,000 £5,000 car allowance plus expenses, laptop, and phone Contributory pension scheme 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), increasing with length of service Health Shield medical payment plan Life insurance Use of the company holiday lodge A supportive business that values work–life balance If you are an experienced multi‑site manager with a passion for developing successful sales teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences, we would love to hear from you
