Role Purpose The Marketing Analyst will support Intellego Education’s marketing activity across its full portfolio of schools, working actively across all five schools and playing an important role in the group’s European expansion. This role is hands-on and varied, with a strong focus on social and digital media. The successful candidate will play an important role in shaping the digital voice and visual identity of a growing international school group, helping to build brand presence from launch phase through to growth. The marketing analyst will help bring the stories of all five schools to life through engaging digital content, including reels, short-form video, vlogs (including Senior Leadership Team features), photography and campaign assets. Working closely with the Head of Marketing at Intellego Education and in collaboration with local school teams and Brighton College International, the analyst will support the consistent implementation of brand guidelines across the group while adapting content for different audiences and markets. Alongside content creation, the role will provide broad exposure to the full marketing function, supporting campaign delivery, communications, events and operational activity across the group. The analyst will be expected to take real ownership of creative projects, experiment with new formats, and contribute ideas that directly influence engagement, brand awareness and pupil recruitment. Key Responsibilities: Social Media & Digital Content • Create, edit and publish engaging content across social media platforms for all five schools., • Produce short-form video content, including reels, interviews, and behind-the-scenes features., • Film and edit vlogs and leadership features., • Support the development of content calendars across the group., • Monitor engagement metrics using platform analytics, Google Analytics and other reporting tools, providing insights and recommendations to increase reach and interaction., • Identify emerging digital trends and proactively suggest new content formats to enhance the group’s online presence. Video & Creative Production • Capture and edit high-quality video content for digital campaigns, events and school launches., • Assist with photography and visual storytelling across school sites., • Support the creation of digital assets for websites, email campaigns and paid media., • Ensure content aligns with Intellego and Brighton College brand guidelines. Cross-Group Collaboration • Work across all five schools, supporting local teams with digital marketing needs., • Liaise with Brighton College International where required to ensure brand alignment., • Assist with Open Mornings, launch events and key marketing initiatives., • Support the Head of Marketing with campaign implementation, performance tracking and reporting., • Build strong working relationships with senior leaders and admissions teams to ensure marketing activity supports enrolment growth. General Marketing Support · Liaise with and help coordinator external suppliers (e.g. photographers, videographers, designers, printers, merchandise providers) to obtain quotes, manage production timelines and coordinate delivery · Assist in updating website content (WordPress) · Assist with organising and maintaining marketing assets, content libraries and shared resources • Support email marketing campaigns and newsletters, using HubSpot to schedule, segment and report on performance., • Maintain marketing performance dashboards and contribute to monthly reporting., • Track digital PR coverage, maintain a database of press cuttings, and monitor estimated reach and engagement of earned media., • Contribute ideas to strengthen the group’s digital presence and brand awareness. Person Specification (Skills & Experience): • Currently studying or recently completed a Marketing, Digital Media, Communications or Design-related degree (Level 4 Apprenticeship candidates welcome to apply)., • Strong interest in social media, digital storytelling and brand development., • Confident creating reels and short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn., • Fluent in English (written and spoken)., • Creative, proactive and comfortable working across multiple projects., • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail., • Self-motivated, adaptable and excited by working in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment. Desirable Person Specification: • Spanish, Italian or Portuguese language skills., • Experience managing or contributing to brand social media accounts., • Understanding of digital analytics and performance tracking., • Photography and graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
