(June – Nov 2026, Potential for extension)\nLocation: Full remote\nStart: ASAP\nWorking hours: 37.5 hours/week\nMid-weight Graphic Designer - What You'll be Doing:\n * Ideate and design new branding concepts for unreleased games as part of a larger team\n * Execute on existing branding frameworks\n * Create quick-turn assets for on-going live-service games, often with quick turnaround\n * Create and maintain brand guidelines documents\n * Readying and versioning key art and other brand visuals for publishing\n * Assist with designing pitch presentations for game teams to communicate their vision\n * Create a range of templates for global territory teams to execute on\nMid-weight Graphic Designer - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:\n * Previous experience in a graphic design and branding role, in an agency or in-house setting.\n * Experience working in gaming or the wider entertainment industry is a plus.\n * Highly experienced with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma\n * Working knowledge and willingness to learn After Effects, InDesign, Google Slides, Keynote, Canva and Affinity is a plus.\n * Experience and proficiency in playing videogames and an interest in the gaming industry\n * An interest in experimentation with AI tools and automation is beneficial.\n * Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing a range of design work, demonstrating strong conceptual foundations, spanning branding, and a variety of campaign assets.\nPlease follow us on Linkedin: people-first-team-japan\nWe would be grateful if you could send your CV as a Word document.
