To support rapid growth, we're hiring a Marketing & Commercial Execution Manager to bring structure, pace and excellence to all UK marketing and commercial activation. Working initially on a 6 month Contract the role is highly likely to become Permanent. The Opportunity This is a hands-on, broad FMCG role sitting at the heart of the UK business. Reporting directly into the UK Sales & Marketing Director, you'll lead the execution engine - ensuring that campaigns, launches and commercial activity land on time, on budget and to the highest standard. You'll work across: • Brand & digital marketing, • Shopper & trade marketing, • NPD & EPD project management, • Key Responsibilities, • NPD & EPD Project Management, • Own UK NPD/EPD delivery end-to-end, working closely with Group Marketing (France), • Manage critical paths, timelines, approvals and launch readiness, • Oversee packaging development, compliance and quality checks Brand & Campaign Execution • Execute brand and product campaigns across digital, social, PR, trade and outdoor, • Manage campaign calendars and agency partners, • Ensure consistent brand execution across all touchpoints Shopper Marketing & Retailer.com • Deliver shopper marketing activity across grocery & convenience, • Own POS, retailer.com and Brandbank optimisation, • Build compelling path-to-purchase assets for retail environments Commercial Execution & Sales Support • Build customer selling stories, decks and activation toolkits, • Support listings, launches and promotional activity, • Partner closely with Sales and Category teams Evaluation & Continuous Improvement • Track campaign effectiveness and brand health, • Share insights and learnings to improve future performance Who We're Looking For Experience • FMCG experience within food or drink, • Strong background in marketing execution, brand, shopper or commercial activation, • Exposure to UK grocery retailers, • Proven project management capability, • Digital / social marketing experience highly advantageous Skills & Mindset • Highly organised, detail-driven and delivery-focused, • Commercially minded with strong stakeholder skills, • Confident managing multiple projects at pace, • English essential; French helpful but not required Salary: £45,000 + benefits Location: Home-based with 1-2 days per week in Central London (Waterloo/Victoria) 6-month temp-to-perm Desired Skills and Experience Marketing, Digital Marketing,
