We are looking for a brilliant baker to head up our baked section in our cafe restaurant on Golborne Road. The daily role is focused on producing the baked goods for sale in the bakery, while taking charge of the baking operation, such as ordering ingredients, monitoring hygiene procedures and taking stock. At Klear Labs we work exclusively with gluten free ingredients, and creativity and curiosity in the daily chores are a must. Attention to detail is important, and we always encourage trialling new ideas and exploring new ingredients as they become available. The day starts at 6am and typically finishes at 2-3pm. A suitable candidate must have baking experience in a commercial kitchen, be capable of planning production and produce a variety of items at a high standard.
