MOKE are hiring a Head of Marketing! We are on a mission to turn cult status into global lifestyle fame and we need a brand builder with creativity, hustle and flair to make it happen. Job Title: Head of Marketing Marketing Intended Start Date: Immediate MOKEs vision is to become the world's most adored and joyful open-air motoring brand Designed in the early 1960s by Sir Alec Issigonis, the creator of the Austin Mini, the Mini MOKE quickly became a cult classic across the French Riviera, Australia, and the Caribbean. Having acquired the original MOKE trademark and over 100 other related marks globally, in 2021 MOKE recommenced production in the UK. In 2022 we were the first heritage automotive brand to go 100% Electric. In 2023, we were the first EV with no roof and no doors to achieve homologation in both Europe and America, with street legal MOKEs now being sold globally. Today, MOKE is a symbol of open-air freedom and effortless style, heritage reimagined for a new era. As we expand across the US and beyond, our ambition is clear: to build MOKE into a global lifestyle brand that combines heritage with modern luxury, capturing the spirit of leisure, adventure, and design-led living. We are looking for a brand builder who can honour MOKEs heritage while pushing it forward into new categories, new markets and new communities. As Head of Marketing, youll be the spark behind MOKEs brand: setting the strategy, driving execution and inspiring a small but passionate team. You will balance the polish of luxury with the buzz of lifestyle and make every campaign, every partnership and every touchpoint, punch above its weight. Build the Brand: Elevate MOKE as the must-have lifestyle icon, rooted in heritage and redefined for today. Go To Market: Create and execute bold, creative launch plans for new territories, ensuring maximum impact and sustained momentum. Define and communicate a compelling brand promise that resonates with consumers and partners across all channels. Consistency & Quality: Safeguard brand integrity across owned channels, dealer sites and partner platforms. Integrated Campaigns: Lead multi-channel campaigns spanning digital, social, PR, events and partnerships. Translate market research and consumer trends into strategy, growth opportunities and brand extensions including merchandising ranges. Build high-quality relationships with collaborators and agencies to deliver premium marketing outputs. Performance: Track, analyse, and optimise marketing KPIs and campaign effectiveness. Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field (Masters a plus). Significant senior marketing experience, ideally in automotive, luxury or lifestyle brands. Proven experience of being a Brand builder. Proven experience of launching a brand into new international markets. Demonstrated success leading multi-channel campaigns across digital and social. Strong project manager who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. A natural connector who builds communities and partnerships with ease.
