What you’ll do • Take full responsibility for your designated section throughout service., • Prepare and cook dishes to Ottolenghi standards with precision and consistency., • Supervise and support junior chefs and kitchen assistants on your section., • Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are adhered to at all times., • Manage stock within your section, including ordering and rotation., • Communicate clearly with the wider kitchen team and management., • Contribute to a positive, professional kitchen culture., • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment. What we’re looking for • 1+ years of experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie in a quality kitchen., • Solid understanding of food hygiene regulations and allergen management., • A genuine enthusiasm for food and a desire to develop your skills. Key skills • Strong technical cookery skills with good attention to detail., • Calm and focused under pressure., • A positive, team-orientated attitude., • Strong communication and interpersonal skills., • Well-organised with excellent attention to detail., • Comfortable using relevant IT systems., • Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment., • Calm under pressure with a solution-focused mindset., • A genuine passion for food and culinary craft and continuous improvement.
