We are looking for a proactive, compassionate, and experienced Home Care Worker to provide high-quality live-in and domiciliary care to clients in and around London. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional who takes initiative, works independently, and is committed to delivering person-centred care in clients’ homes. Key Responsibilities • Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility support, • Assist with medication prompting and administration (where trained), • Support clients with daily living activities and companionship, • Prepare meals and assist with light household tasks, • Monitor and report changes in clients’ health or well-being, • Follow individual care plans and maintain accurate records, • Promote independence, dignity, and choice at all times Requirements • Previous experience in home care, live-in care, or domiciliary care., • Relevant training (Care Certificate or equivalent preferred), • A proactive approach with the ability to work independently, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude, • Right to work in the UK, • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
