Ribbons & Reeves are recruiting ambitious Psychology Graduates to work full-time, Monday to Friday, term-time only, in primary and secondary schools across Brent from September 2026 . This is an excellent opportunity to support pupils with Special Educational Needs, Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs, Autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and a range of additional learning barriers. As a Psychology Graduate, you will work closely with class teachers, SENCOs, pastoral teams, and external professionals to provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support. You will help pupils access the curriculum, regulate their emotions, build confidence, and develop positive learning behaviours. To be considered for this Psychology Graduate role, you must: Hold a 2:1 degree or higher in Psychology from a Top 30 university. Have at least 6 months experience working with children, young people, vulnerable individuals, or challenging behaviour. Be confident supporting pupils with SEN, SEMH, and complex additional needs. Be committed to working full-time in a Brent school from September 2026.
