Every individual is supported in a way that reflects their personal history, needs, and goals.\n\nWorking Pattern\n\nFull-time – 35 hours per week\nDay shifts with occasional night shifts\nWeekend and rota-based working required\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\n\nBuild strong, trusting relationships with clients\nSupport individuals with mental health needs including anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder\nHelp clients develop personalised support plans and set achievable goals\nEncourage engagement with recovery and independent living\nAssist with housing, welfare, and benefits advice\nSupport clients with daily living tasks and maintaining their accommodation\nCarry out property checks, health and safety assessments, and room inspections\nManage and de-escalate challenging situations professionally\nKeep accurate records and update client information systems\nWork with external agencies and healthcare professionals\nSupport clients moving in and out of accommodation\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\nExperience working in mental health, housing, or a support environment\nUnderstanding of mental health conditions, substance misuse, and homelessness\nStrong communication skills and the ability to build rapport\nA calm, patient, and empathetic approach\nAbility to work both independently and as part of a team\nGood organisational skills and attention to detail\nConfidence managing challenging behaviours in a professional way\nDesirable:\n\nKnowledge of welfare benefits and housing legislation\nExperience in social housing or tenancy support\nFull driving licence and access to a vehicle\nWhat You’ll Get in Return\n\nSalary starting at £28,932, rising to £30,090 after probation\nFull training and ongoing development opportunities\nFunded Enhanced DBS check\nA role where your work has a direct and meaningful impact\nSupportive team environment with opportunities to grow\nWhat’s Next?\n\nIf you’re ready to take on a role where no two days are the same and your work truly matters, apply now.\n\nEarly applications are encouraged, and the role may close once suitable candidates are identified
