💧 Head of B2B & Wholesale Location: London, 2-3 days in office (with travel for meetings) Salary: Up to £90,000 + significant commission 🚀 About Water2 Water2 is one of the fastest-growing consumer brands in Europe. We are already an 8-figure business, in over 1 percent of UK homes, and building towards 9-figure in revenue over the next five years. We’ve proven the model in DTC. We sell direct. We sell on Amazon. We are in Costco and Boots.com. The product works and the demand is real. Now, it’s time to for us open bigger doors. 🎯 The Role We are looking for a commercially sharp, relationship-led Head of B2B & Wholesale to build the next revenue engine of Water2. Please note: This is not pure account management. This is a unique entrepreneurial opportunity where you would facilitate access to clean drinking tap water and shower water across: hotels, health clubs, restaurants and cafés, and retail and wholesale distribution. You will build meaningful commercial partnerships that put Water2 into more venues, more businesses and more households via our wholesale partners. This role sits at the heart of our next growth chapter. 🧠 What You’ll Own • Build and execute a clear B2B and wholesale growth strategy, • Open new accounts across hospitality, leisure and retail, • Leverage your network and industry relationships, • Respond to RFPs and commercial tenders with confidence with the help of the Creative, finance and operations teams, • Negotiate commercial terms and long-term agreements, • Work closely with finance and operations to ensure scalable delivery 🔑 What We’re Looking For • Proven track record in B2B sales, wholesale or strategic partnerships, • Experience selling into hospitality, leisure or retail environments, • Strong commercial instincts and sharp negotiation skills, • Confidence in responding to tenders and structured procurement processes, • A strong network or “black book” of relevant industry contacts, • High energy, high ownership, and strong follow-through 💡 Our Values We are proudly and intentionally building our team with diverse lived experiences.
